Ello, en el marco de las excepciones establecidas en el Art. 18\u00b0 inc. k), de la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 1.015 y conforme a lo dispuesto en Resoluci\u00f3n OPC N\u00ba N\u00b0 202\/2020, Anexo I punto 2.a).
