{"id":99180,"date":"2022-02-16T11:01:24","date_gmt":"2022-02-16T14:01:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/compras.tierradelfuego.gob.ar\/?page_id=99180"},"modified":"2022-02-16T11:04:54","modified_gmt":"2022-02-16T14:04:54","slug":"convenios-marco","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/compras.tierradelfuego.gob.ar\/?page_id=99180","title":{"rendered":"CONVENIOS MARCO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>GU\u00cdA DESCRIPTIVA CONVENIO MARCO<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>OFICINA PROVINCIAL DE CONTRATACIONES<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00bfQU\u00c9 SON LOS CONVENIOS MARCO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El convenio marco es una modalidad de contrataci\u00f3n mediante la cual se selecciona a uno o m\u00e1s proveedores para procurar el suministro directo de bienes y servicios a las reparticiones gubernamentales en la forma, plazo y dem\u00e1s condiciones establecidas en dicho acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00bfCU\u00c1L ES LA NORMATIVA QUE REGULA LOS CONVENIOS MARCO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Los convenios marco se encuentran previstos por la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 1.015 de Compras y Contrataciones del Sector P\u00fablico Provincial No Financiero y por la Resoluci\u00f3n de la Oficina Provincial de Contrataciones N\u00b0 55\/2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00bfQU\u00c9 BIENES Y SERVICIOS SE PUEDE CONTRATAR A TRAV\u00c9S DE UN CONVENIO MARCO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del convenio marco la Administraci\u00f3n puede contratar bienes y servicios estandarizados, esto es, aquellos bienes y servicios cuyas caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas puedan ser inequ\u00edvocamente especificadas y tengan un mercado permanente.<br \/>\nPor ejemplo, para la adquisici\u00f3n de elementos de limpieza, librer\u00eda, art\u00edculos de oficina, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00bfCU\u00c1L ES EL PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE SELECCI\u00d3N PARA SUSCRIBIR UN CONVENIO MARCO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Los convenios marco se perfeccionan \u00fanicamente a trav\u00e9s del procedimiento de LICITACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA, las cuales son realizadas por la Oficina Provincial de Contrataciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00bfQUI\u00c9N ES LA AUTORIDAD DE APLICACI\u00d3N DE LA PROVINCIA PARA LOS CONVENIOS MARCO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n para la suscripci\u00f3n de convenios marco, ser\u00e1 el Ministerio de Finanzas P\u00fablicas, mientras que la autoridad competente para llevar a cabo el procedimiento de selecci\u00f3n y coordinar la ejecuci\u00f3n de los mismos, ser\u00e1 la Oficina Provincial de Contrataciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARA M\u00c1S INFORMACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/compras.tierradelfuego.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/GUIA-CONVENIO-MARCO2-2.pdf\">GUIA CONVENIO MARCO<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GU\u00cdA DESCRIPTIVA CONVENIO MARCO OFICINA PROVINCIAL DE CONTRATACIONES \u00bfQU\u00c9 SON LOS CONVENIOS MARCO?
